If you're a high school grad, 18-25 years old, Young Adults is for you.

20's & 30's

Foothills 20's & 30's is for those in their 20's and 30's, Singles and Marrieds! 

Women

Foothills Women offers Foothills Moms and Women’s Social Group, as well as our coed groups: Body & Soul Fitness and Freebirds (50s & 60s). 

Men

Foothills Men are invited to our coed groups: Body & Soul Fitness, and Freebirds (50s & 60s). 

Marriage

We offer a variety of marriage enrichment groups including Young Marrieds, Married with Munchkins, Blended & Blessed, Art of Marriage, and Code 3 Couples.

Seniors
