REASONS WE GIVE
There is a newness that comes from responsible stewardship, specifically with regards to tithing. Stewardship is the way in which we handle all that God has entrusted us with. Malachi 3:10 says, “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” Our faithfulness in stewardship displays that we trust Him first, recognize that all is His, and honors Him as Lord.
