Meet at church campus at 7:30AM and plan to be back around 6:30PM.

Bring a towel, sunscreen, water bottle, and a change of clothes (if you want). Ladies - modest is hottest ----> wear a one piece suit or a dark, long T-shirt over your two piece suit. Guys - no speedo or droopy trunks!

Lunch will be provided.
