Priority Level (Don't Exaggerate)
P0 - mission critical, major work is halted and no work around exists or found TAT. Less than 24 hours.
P1 - very inconvenient, not able to complete work as expected, may have other devices to complete work, but at a slower or difficult rate. TAT 24-48 hours.
P2 - inconvenienced, disrupts workflow, no work around but not urgent. TAT 3-4 days.
P3 - minor inconvenience, disrupts workflow, but able to use work around. TAT 4-5 days.
P4 - minor inconvenience, does not disrupt workflow extensively. Turn around time (TAT) 7 days.
NOTE!
If you have selected a P0 or P1 priority issue please also call Manderson at (530-306-2307) along with this form submission.
P0 issues are extremely rare and should only be used when major church or ministry events come to a standstill due to issue.
