Fill out this form if you are interested in volunteering to help with the Foothills Kids Christmas Choir! We are looking for adult helpers and student helpers. All volunteers must be able to commit to all of the dates below:

Parent meeting: Sunday, 10/25, 12:30-1PM, Chapel
Practices: Sundays, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, and 11/ 29, 1PM-2PM, Chapel
Stage Practice: Saturday, 12/5, 4:45-6PM, Chapel
Performance Day: Sunday, 12/6, arrive at 4:45PM, Chapel
