Light in the Ordinary

In Matthew 5:14-16, Jesus teaches us what it truly means to be "the light of the world". The light we carry as Christians is rooted in our identity in Christ, not in our own performance. Because we are united with Jesus—who is Himself the Light of the World—His life is at work within us, and the Holy Spirit is actively transforming us to reflect that light in the ordinary, everyday places.
