The Answer

Over these past two weeks as a church we have been answering the question, "What does it look like to be a follower of Christ?" In order to answer that question we have been looking at Jesus' call to his first disciples. The first week we looked at who "The Caller is." We learned that this caller is more than just a human who has walked this planet, but that he is our Savior, Sanctifier, Healer and Coming King. The second week we looked at who this Jesus called. He called the unlikely, the hesitant, the skeptic, the sinner and as a result Jesus has called you to follow him. Today we are going to be looking at the way the first disciples responded to Jesus' call, and further how those responses apply to our life. The disciples answered and today I will be providing an opportunity at the end of the service for all to answer and respond to Jesus' call to follow Him.
